Peter is a 19 year old student from the United Kingdom. He has several years experience with the server-side web programming language PHP and has some rudimentary knowledge of ANSI C.

He typically works on small projects in his spare time, but has three full PHP scripts that are freely downloadable for any purpose. He attends De Montfort University, one-third through doing a BSc degree in Computer Science.
